Emergency Situations
As a qualified counsellor, I am here to support you through any challenges you bring to our sessions, including crises that arise within our ongoing therapeutic relationship. However, I must clarify that I am unable to provide emergency contact sessions or out-of-hours support. It’s essential to have access to immediate resources in times of need, and I encourage you to utilise these if necessary. Mental health emergencies can be overwhelming and often require immediate attention, which is why I have compiled a list of UK-based resources that you can turn to for urgent support outside of our time together. These services are equipped to help you during critical moments.
